I called, telling them I was recording the phone call, to demand a refund for an order from Cedars of a salad with brown lettuce and slimy cucumbers and a wrap with vegetables and some type of meat when I ordered a lamb kabob! While I waited, she supposedly called Cedars, after which she told me that they claim there's nothing wrong with the salad! She said that I must call Cedars for the refund! Cedars lied and refused to refund! I told both I'm suing and was recording the phone calls. Delivery Express called me stating that there was confusion when they called in the order! Called in! Orders should be sent electronically to avoid errors! Never again!!!

Based on order delivered by Delivery Express from Chili’s on Cooley Street in Springfield. First off, the restaurant is a mile down from my house and normally I’d avoid D/E’s ridiculous fee’s and tipping requirements, however at that time I needed the order delivered. It took roughly 1hr 30mins or so for a mile delivery. Ordered three meals, not one was made correctly, two of which were under cooked, all three of the entrees were cold. Naturally I called D/E  and they stated that after speaking with Chili’s manager/staff that some kind of emergency was occuring there. They offered to remake my order, but it was done so poorly the first time, I took a partial refund instead. I got a partial refund because Delivery Express kept their fees, driver’s tip and charges for two sodas. I won’t do business with either establishments, one can’t prepare food, the other delivers it without checking to make sure its correct, which would justify the fees, etc they charge for their delivery service. I also became very ill, stomach-related, after eating what I could. The best alternative is either Takeout Waiter delivery service or save a bunch of $ and pick it up yourself.

Awful service! Bring wrong orders all the time. Say they will bring correct order and never do. Call leave message because all of a sudden they are closed during business hours. They don’t return calls. Never again!!!!

I have had multiple bad experiences with delivery express. At this point I order from places that deliver or pick up food myself. The number of wrong orders. Late orders and lost orders outstrip the correct orders for me.  If never knowing if your food will arrive is your thing these are the guys for you, Otherwise avoid them.
