Before your order from here, please think of this line (similar to an old Christmas song): "When make your order, check it twice. Once on the phone, and once at home."  

Recently, the food my parents and I have been receiving have been near cheap bar-quality food, or lower.  The pizza sauce gets old very fast, and at times can taste really gnarly.  The grinders often are choose to charred completely when asked for "toasted", and often are made against it's original order (please see below for examples).

 Its now at the point where we are looking at other pizza/grinder places to replace them. 

The recent menu has went up in prices, while the quality has either remained at a "sub-par" level or lower. 

We have received more orders messed up from here (or with random added stuff added to it). Such as buffalo chicken grinders with extra MAYO, when it should've been extra blue cheese; Cambridge grinder with extra mustard and no mayo, when asked extra mayo and a little mustard, hockey puck cheeseburger grinder with mayo, when no mayo was asked, etc-etc. Similar to my Brother's Pizza review, a lot of the food we order are too hard to eat or vile tasting.

Depending on the women who are working the phone during the evening, you run the chance of getting a confrontational woman who deems the error is always on the caller", vs someone who is compassionate and willing to fix the problem immediately. 

If you are requesting chips with your meal (several deals offer it), ask them what chips they have and either write them down or remember them: majority of the time, they will just give you the plain ones, even if you ask for Doritos or sour cream and onion.

My parents and I have received more credit's to our debit/credit accounts than non-returned orders from them.

The only good qualities they have is that they are located dead-center of Chicopee center, the deals often think more of a family aspect (offers chips and a drink to match the order) and that the grinders they give you are quite large.  

Other than that, buyer beware and BE-AWARE. Do not be afraid to call up to complain!

Pizza is decent and reasonably priced. Their quality is consistent and it's prepared quickly.

Edit: Changed from 4 to 5 stars as I've eaten here more and more. Pizza is best on weekdays, but still good on weekends. Non-pizza menu items are actually pretty good. They're my go-to place.

Cheapest pizza place in this area with great tasting food and pretty nice sized portions. Food every time I have gone had been well above others in the area and very consistent.

Pizza is great love it!! Plus they have a deal $10 for a large pick up only. $13 for a large with delivery.

I love the food here. The fried chicken is the best I ever had. They send a little container of some kind of pinky-orange sauce that's delicious and great to dip everything in.  The salads are huge, fresh and delicious. I particularly love the Greek salad but even a basic garden salad is great. Subs are awesome, the meatball is very good. The delivery people are wonderful, and the girl who I guess runs the desk (I always get delivery) is very nice and helpful. I would love to give them 5 stars, but except for the first order they have gotten my order wrong, or forgotten something EVERY SINGLE TIME. Usually my soda- this time I asked for 2 root beers and even put a note to pls not forget them, and I got 2 cokes. Usually my soda is forgotten. Or wrong item, or no salad. Last time my pzza was missing. When I got it, it was cold, and btw, was very average. I want to keep ordering, but I'll have to think about now, I've really been very patient.
