I have attempted to patronize this store since they reopened sometime back .I felt fortunate they were there and I wanted to support Dellolo's as opposed to the big box stores up the street.My wife and I were in the store on 4/30/2016.While we were shopping my wife suddenly had to use a restroom(these things happen). She was informed that restrooms were not available to the public. In my view in we ran in off the street and asked I might understand... But on a human level,as a business person myself,I felt like we were no longer the "public". She left me there and raced to Dunkin Donuts ( she was in real trouble)and  was able to use Theirs. I will never darken Delollo's doorstep ever agian...nor will anyone else I can influence,I have purposed to criticize them at every turn...I long for the day when your business is shuttered and will work tirelessly to this end.

Called looking for a sheet of ply wood or any information on where to get one the lady who answered the phone was as far from helpful as you could get
