I had a great experience with Empire State Plumbing INC;  punctual, efficient,, honest & quality professional work, reasonable costs.  I have used Empire State Pluming twice recently with water leaks ( under the kitchen sink and toilet ) requiring some pipe replacements. I am very happy with their work. Thank you, Steve !

I cannot recommend Empire State at all. I called them the morning after Christmas to get help with a clogged sewer line. I spoke to a pleasant woman who took my address, phone number and details of the problem. She told me that she would pass along the information. After several hours, I called again and reported that no one had contacted me.  Fifteen minutes later someone from Empire State calls me to tell me they were closed for the day. I replied "I sure wish I had been told that hours earlier, so I could have called another plumber!" I received an apology and the number of "a guy" to help me. The "guy" was too busy to help.

Empire State was disorganized and unreliable to recommend.

Very prompt and respectful plumber, also the receptionist was very  easy to understand and spoke with confidence which helped put my mind at ease. I'll be recommending your company to everyone!

Tropical Storm Irene inundated the lowest level of our home in 2011.  Based on the recommendation of an existing ESP customer, my wife and I contracted with Empire State Plumbing, Inc. to replace our ruined AC and heating systems.  For heat, we opted for the tank-less, on-demand approach which, because it's attached to our wall 5 feet above the floor, not only frees up floor space taken up by conventional gas boiler/hot water tank arrangements; but also puts that important system well above the high water mark Irene established.  We can also attest to the fact that our gas bills have gone down - the system is that much more efficient!

Tom Darling and his associates at ESP are the best: knowledgeable, professional and dependable.  You could not find a better company to handle your plumbing matters.

We have had a few plumbing emergencies over the years, and Tom Darling of Empire State Plumbing has always "come to our rescue". They did an outstanding job when the water main to our house broke. We called in the evening and it was completely repaired the following day (trench dug, pipe replaced). They have performed various plumbing & heating repairs and maintenance from fixing and replacing leaky faucets, repairing a sewer line, replacing a toilet and maintaining our furnace. In all cases the work was done thoroughly and professionally. We highly recommend their services.
