The hotel has a nice polo theme, but it has visibly aged. For the price of the room, you'd expect it to be very nice, but one afternoon when I came back to my room, I found a big bug on my bed! The staff kindly changed the bedsheets after I killed the bug, but this is the first time I've ever seen a bug on any bed!! I was attending a conference, and the food was catered by the hotel. Half of their serving staff don't know English, which makes communication very difficult. In addition, if you are allergic to foods, it is very difficult to get information on what is in the food. I asked if there were carrots in the veggie patties, and they said they'll "have to check the box". I waited 20 minutes before I got an answer back from them, and I had to stand around waiting on the to "check the box"! Number one: this wait time to find out about an ingredient is unacceptable, and number two: I wouldn't expect a hotel with a nice big ballroom to serve food that was cooked from a box, which implies frozen food!! Overall, I didn't really enjoy my stay here.

This is clearly an older hotel but it has a lot of character with the brick walls and old school design that is spread out rather than up. Lobby, lounges, and bar were very well done and very upscale. Rooms lacked a mini fridge which seems to be kinda standard now. The room and bed was comfortable and I felt safe. I thought it was an above average hotel and a good deal for the price.

This has got to be the most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed in. The rooms were amazing. The lobby was so beautiful and the staff was so friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful. They were located in the center of everything and surrounded by shopping centers. This is a definite gem!!

Nice hotel that they've updated but for the money you pay it's not worth it. No breakfast just restaurants/coffee shop. You request a fridge and they'll bring one to you if they have any. Outside sidewalks/stairs cracked. Leaves not picked up. Great location.

Went to Hunt Valley for a conference, and stayed at this hotel. When we arrived, we waited over an hour for our rooms to be cleaned, but once we were able to go to our rooms they were spacious and clean. One thing I was extremely annoyed about was the Starbucks in the hotel. First, it is extremely expensive. Second, I ordered a cappuccino and paid. The receipt had the option tip, but I felt a tip was very unnecessary for this. The cashier decided to charge my card extra for her tip even though I put zero, and signed. It was only a dollar she added to my bill, so I didn’t go to the front desk because I didn’t notice it until I looked at my receipts from the day that night. If you don’t wanna be scammed by the hotel or staff from the hotel Starbucks, I suggest going across the street to the shopping center for coffee, or breakfast instead.
