The staff was cool. The room was neat at first glance but when you sit in the room and look at the details of the room it was fair. Like the bathroom could have been scrubbed a little more (I saw either dirt deposits or mold in the corner tiles of the grout) and there was some dust on the night table and areas in the room. I also noticed some paint peeling down from the ceiling. Now, I don't mean to nitpick; I know some people may see some of these same things in their own homes but when it's in a public place I expect the cleaning staff to be a little more cleaning conscious, since other people share these same rooms daily. Ultimately, when you see rooms like this, it brings up questions of how well these rooms are actually cleaned for sanitation purposes. I didn't really bring it up to the staff when I checked out because it was a one-night stay I was in and out but since Google sent me this request for a critique, I thought this was my platform.

Not a PLUS+. Given a 3rd floor room that had cigarette burn holes all over the bedspreads. Changed room to 1st floor. The battery for the TV remote was almost dead. They only had coffee and tea in the office, not in the rooms. Plus+ in Massachusetts means swimming pool and full sit down breakfast. REDROOF I LIKED YOU, BUT THIS PLACE IS A LIE! DO THE RIGHT THING, OFFER MORE OR REMOVE THE PLUS+.

This motel is located at a very convenient spot. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping located nearby. The fairgrounds is just around the corner as well. The beds are pretty comfortable, the rooms just big enough, the floor is hardwood inatead of carpet, and plenty of plugs to charge all your devices. The t.v. has a limited in it to prevent it from being too loud. The shower isn't bad, but hot water doesn't seem to last too long. Overall for the price, this is a great place to stay.

The cleanest n nicest hotel staff we have ever stayed in. Room was very clean when we 1st walked in n staff is very friendly. Would highly reccomend this hotel to family & friends for sure. Great rates keep me coming back. Ty n god bless u all.

This place had the lowest cost for a one week stay. The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a safe and convenient place. My only complaint is that housekeeping did not come to the room yesterday.
