Only gave this place a two star because really, you get what you pay for. While it looked new from the outside, it was a really cheap hotel. The walls were thin. The place was noisy when we checked in, the host said breakfast tomorrow is at such and such time. When we got down to 'breakfast' there were a couple of granola bars laying out and a carafe of coffee. It was just not a pleasant stay and I think we paid close to $100 for the night when it was really worth $50 at the red roof inn. Will not be back for sure.

The hotel is wonderful just wish they had a better Grab & Go breakfast they don't have any fruit or yogurt just coffee and really small muffins

The rooms are fairly old and dated. TV was analog. No hairdryer in the room and I had to call for one. Found cobwebs in the shower. The free internet was virtually non-existent. I could not even load a facebook page. Called the front desk about it and they first connected me to an internet provider who no longer supports the hotel. They finally got me to the right one. They tested the speed, and it was less than what it should be. No resolution, so I called the front desk again and was told that I would have to pay for the upgraded internet then. I requested they comp me the upgraded internet ($5) because the speeds were that bad, and I have stayed in plenty of hotels and never experienced such a problem. Was told by the clerk that he could not do that and would need to wait until morning to talk with a manager. I told him that would not do any good as I was only there 1 night. He was supposed to get in touch with the manager and call me back....nothing. He should have easily been empowered to tell me to go ahead and get the pay internet, notate my account, and have a credit applied in the morning. I was glad I was only there 1 time and will never stay there again.

The worst hotel I have stayed in in my entire 54 years of age. In reference to my post of two days ago I still have not received a call from the hotel manager to discuss my feelings towards my stay. That further states that this hotel does not care about customer service and those who patronize their hotel. As previously mentioned in my post to two days ago I would much rather stay at a Motel 6 then to stay at this hotel again. People all be aware this is not a hotel you would want to stay at with your family.
