Stayed for business travel. Room was fairly clean. Some crusties in the corners and around the edges. Bed was good. Bathroom was good. Something outside the window made a thumping sound every time the wind blew. Hallways were dirty. Stairs creek when you walk.

We asked for ground floor when we made our reservation a month ago. Being my husband is 90 yrs old and can't climb stairs well that's the reason for needing ground floor. When making the reservation the lady said oh yes ground floor no problem and I said even if we get here at 7 pm she said oh yes fine. We get here at 6:30 and no ground floor for us she never did her job and wrote it down. I suggest you do a better job training. Carpet is beyond dirty. Can't wait to see how the rest of the stay is.

Super friendly staff! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was great including breakfast burritos and waffles. Only issue was the hot tub jets were apparently broken and the pool was a tad chilly

The room itself was great. Its completely spotless and pretty large and spacious. The king bed is so comfortable! The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, she was even able to recommend some areas to look for apartments (my boyfriend and I are here apartment hunting). And the manager let us use her printer when the one in the lobby wouldn't work. They have a top-notch staff here and I would really recommended it to anyone!

The room was clean and everything ready with cookies at the front desk when we arrived. Pool area was very clean and nice! Our four kids loved both pools - the kiddie (zero depth entry) pool and the pool with the slide. There is a hot tub too! The kiddie pool was warm for our baby and we appreciated having both the pools. The staff was so helpful and friendly! I forgot a phone charger and a life jacket for one of our children and they offered a phone charger and a life jacket! The hot breakfast was good too. It was very reasonable priced! I would highly recommend staying at this hotel! We plan to if we ever go through Fargo again!
