I stayed here for 6 days. It was decent. The water was horrible though. The taste, was gaggable. Leave water from the faucet there for half a day, come back to it not drinkable. Take a shower and you notice the difference with your hair

The people a nice though, it's not run down. And the breakfast is good. I would recommend it. But the water system needs to be changed

We travel across North America and this is at the top of our favorite hotels list.  Amenities are incredible (breakfast, hot tub/sauna/pool, large and clean bedrooms, rooms with both interior/exterior doors), our cats adore it (they play here more than anywhere and stay free) and the staff are all extremely accommodating and treat guests with utmost respect.  Bruce, the General Manager, really helped us out with a late checkout when our plans were delayed.  Couldn’t recommend a hotel more than this one.  Also, there is every type of shopping experience right in the area.  We will not stay anywhere else when in Fargo.

Most AMAZING Staff ever!!!!!!  We went from Tacoma, WA to North Dakota to pick up my mother-in-law who is ill and cannot live on her own anymore.  We arrived very early in morning and had called first to confirm a vacancy.  We arrived nearly 2 hours later and he remembered us.  We brought the MIL back that night and she was horribly ill all night.  The staff was concerned and helped us throughout.  We called 911 and while on the phone the maintenance man knocked and said they noticed a 911 call.  He asked if we needed help, if CPR would be needed and then went and waited for EMS.  He directed them to us.  (Even one of the EMTs commented she had never had that happen and she was impressed.)  The cleaning staff assisted us throughout morning with all the needs.  We spent all day at hospital and when we returned the night Clerk was there again.  He kindly inquired about my MIL. The next morning while we were checking out all the staff that helped asked about her.  We were incredibly impressed by their Kindness, their assistance, their concern and their support in such a difficult situation. We cannot thank them enough.  The rooms are large and clean, free breakfast that is comparable to any chain but the difference is the personal touches.  Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone.

I chose the Kelly because my experience of the Kelly Inn in Mitchell, SD was amazing! The Kelly in Fargo, ND was good, but not as nice as Mitchell's. Still, a very nice room, good bed and very clean. Breakfast area was probably not designed originally for that purpose, and it is not well-suited, so breakfast was a pain. But! Cleanliness is probably the most important criteria, and the Kelly does that well!! I'd definitely come back!

We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but the king bed was very comfortable and everyone was vary nice working there.
