I am sad to be writing this review because my family has been using Delta Sonic for roughly 20 years but today’s experience was god awful. My grandfather just passed and I inherited his car, and although I usually do my own detailing, I decided to use Delta Sonic because I am too busy to manage two cars with work and school. I brought the car in for the 1 hour interior detail ($100 + $10 tip) and I reasonably expected the car to come out looking a lot better. Now, shame on me for not inspecting the car before driving off the lot, but for $110 I would imagine that the car would be fully detailed to a certain standard. I would think they must have some sort of a checklist as to what should be done on every vehicle. While I was driving back I noticed the steering wheel hadn’t even been touched, because there was a piece of something still stuck there that was there before the wash and I noticed the grooves were still filled with grime. When I got home I began inspecting, and the inside of the drivers window was still dirty, the steering wheel and dash behind the wheel hadn’t even been touched, there was a piece of food the size of my palm stuck on the center console on the passenger side, the seats still had crumbs in the cracks and stains on them, the door compartments were still filled with grime, the buttons and handles hadn’t been wiped, and the list goes on. The only thing that I could tell actually had been done was shampooing and then a layer of plastic revitalizer on the plastics. That’s all that got done for a 1 hour detail? What an absolute joke. I bought a 20 min detail a year ago and got more than double the results than what I got on a 60 minute. I’m actually considering dropping my monthly membership, that’s how disappointing this was. I would not ever recommend getting an interior cleaning here. Quality control is simply atrocious.

"Do Not Go To This Place" if you want your car body smooth and without scratches! Very disappointing when you take your car to be washed and sure new car that cost over $40,000.00 end up with so many scratches. Not very good cleaning, guys/kids who wipes cars using dirty rugs and so many times you see they drop them on the ground and just takes them to dry your car with all the dirt and sand. Be aware that your car will be destroyed within few visits to this place Nothing against company and they have good ideas but kids that works here don't pay any attention or respect to customers. Used interior car wash as well same time and my 12 year old could do better than workers who currently work on your car. You pay for 30 minutes service of detail cleaning and watching them through the window they actually spend 10 minutes and rest of the time they trying circling around till they kill the time. Just look who they do your car when you do there and you will know what I meant to say. I don't want even to start saying how bad cleaning was, very very disappointed with service from delta sonic car wash. I just going to cancel now my membership service with this location. If I could give 5 stars below zero I would. Now at least 1 star. Stay away from this car wash and have car without scratches.

Overall not bad at all, good value for money. The only thing they need to learn how to use properly are the compressed air hoses. It's designed to remove the leftovers of water and soap from your mirrors, but since they don't use them as intended, you end up with residue on your doors and windows, after it drops from your mirrors. Had to ask them to pat more attention to this detail, but looks like they don't really understand the whole concept of compressed air.

POOR..POOR SERVICE!! I was very disappointed by the service provided at this location by Delta Sonic. I purchased the car detailing service '30-Minute Superior Interior '. In 10 min, they pulled my car out and after chatting with their buddies around for 5 min, they said my car is ready(* I had kept a phone stop watch on to see how long they take). I was watching all the activities they are doing from outside. After completion, I looked at the car and the basic mud stains on the mat were not removed. I was mad because they are taking money for 30 min's for detailing and not doing enough to clean your car. This is very poor example of service. After my few words with manager there, he tried to clean the car again but why at the first place it was not done. I just felt like they are fooling me around.

pretty disappointed with the service. got a 10 minute interior, guessing they used dry rags because as soon as i got home, I was still running my fingers along the dash and picking up dust. steering column had visible dust all over it. watched an employee pull my Uber decal out and throw it alongside my car, waited the whole time to see if they would put it back (they didn't until prompted), acted surprised that the decal (alongside my car) was mine. car was still dirty after two trips through the wash (the 24hr return is nice, if it worked). if it weren't for the vouchers I was gifted (now seen as money wasted) I would have just done it myself. wouldn't recommend.
