I will NEVER go back here .. rude ... rushed and made simple requests on what I wanted and they did the opposite. I had to fix them myself when I got home and for the price paid I def should have had exactly what I wanted!! If I could post this with zero stars I would ..

I usually stop here every Friday to get my eyebrows waxed but i decided to start letting them do my nails also. They don't greet you when you walk in. They rush on your nails. They don't ask you to wash your hands. My nail popped off the next day and when i went to have it repaired, he accidentally made the nail noticeably smaller than the others (3 other nail techs in the salon agreed) and did not want to fix it. horrible customer service. i will not be returning. please don't waste your money here.

My wife just went to this place tonight and I had the worst experience of her life She has been getting ANC for 2 years and these people don’t know how to do ANC he nails are uneven and not smooth at all....DO NOT GO HERE you will be disappointed

I used to go here all the time and had no complaints, but lately the customer service is just horrible. We walked in, no one said a thing, everyone kept their eyes down, a lady walked by we said "hi there, what's the estimate wait" she just said "hello". We waited 15 min and because no one even gave us an idea of how long wait is, we just left.  The location is ideal, but I probably won't go back.
