It's a great hair cutting place around Albany is very pricey but it's not a lot of people there and always is not a big line. Customer service is great they have couple of other locations but I like this one is closest to my home and the people are nicer than other location I have been to couple of locations but this is the great one.

Walked-in today and had the pleasure of seeing stylist Riyaaz Jakura. He isn't much of a talker but he did an amazing job. I have a lot of hair, it's very thick and was pretty damaged. He cleaned it up and relayered it using a razor and blending shears, no scissors! My hair hasn't looked this healthy in years! I loved his technique.

Worst haircut I've EVER had, told the girl how I wanted my hair cut enough to use a curling brush on it, and I DO NOT even have enough hair to curl.  VERY dissatisfied with the stylist.  She even had to get someone else to try and curl my hair and they couldn't even do it!!!  I feel like I have a brush cut!!!!  How can you curl hair that short!!!  I'll never go here EVER again!!!

This the only Salon I will go to. All staff are great. I particularly favor Tim, very careful and throughout the process asks for input and will follow requests completely.Love the Hot towel afterwards.
