We called to make an appointment the night before for 3 pedicures at 10:30am. Only to walk into a completely full salon with only 2 workers. We were then asked to wait 30 minutes AFTER our original appointment time. We were on a strict time schedule. What is the point of making an appointment if you are STILL expected to wait?! This USED to be our spot, but I will say now that We will find a new pedicure spot. Poor time management, lack of staff, and bad customer service. Very disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the place is great, and I was very happy with the work they provided. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

I got acrylic nails today and I’ve never seen them look so bad. The guy rushed the whole time and they’re uneven, poorly painted, and overall bad. I had to tell him to redo some nails them a couple times and I wasted my money.

Went in for a basic manicure, been getting them for years. Because of the color I chose it required multiple coats an hour after getting them done they were smudging. Went back in and it was my fault. Had the technician comuicated with me about my color choice I would've have just picked another color. This is unfortunate I will not be returning.
