VERY poor experience. I had to wait over 20 minutes eventhough I had an appointmrnt. The guy ripped my skin off since he was filing so harsh. I still had next gen left behind on my nails and he was about to put the new nailpolish on... the end product is VERY VERY POOR. I do a better job than this myself. AVOID THIS PLACE. Dont waste your money.

I've been coming here for a few years now and they do excellent work. My nails are always perfect, there's never much of a wait, drinks are on the house and everyone is super friendly. Now that I live in Dallas, I still make the trip to Coppell specifically to come here.

I've been here a few times and it's been some bad, but mostly really good. I wish the nail techs were more consistent. I am reviewing now because my last visit was terrible. I get the NexGen nails, and the guy who did them did a terrible, sloppy job. I didn't realize the full extent until I left. And the worst part? Even if they looked great, it would all be ruined by my bloody cuticles! He filed and drilled and mangled my fingers. It's painful and scabbing over. Ugh! I am not sure if I'll go back this time.

I have been to this place a few times. First time was great, second time they didn't file my nails down enough so I kept pulling my hair out when I put my hands through my hair. Third time was the worst. Andy did my nails and he filed my skin. Every finger bled and it is still sore and scabbing up 2 days later.

I will not be going back!
