I just left the salon. It was visually appealing. All things clean. Great selection of gels, dips and polish. I was not very satisfied with yhe technician that assisted me however with my set as I got my pedicure. She kept insisting things other than what I originally requested . She even put a different color on in spite of me saying I only wanted white and because I'm pressed for time, I was forced go keep it. Other than that,  I enjoyed the experience.

I have followed the owner Jimmy for 5 years, from his old shop to this new one they're in now. Luxor is a wonderful place, it's very clean, the staff is very friendly, and they always make sure you're taken care of in a timely fashion. They do get busy at times but it it well worth the wait. They have a large selection of polishes, gels, and nexgen dip colors. Also, I have never ever left the shop with nails that didn't look excellent. I will continue coming here for years to come!

The facility is nice but the tech did not do my nails properly. She added a top pink powder coat when i specifically asked her not to. (I wanted all white nails) Due to being pressed for time, I didn't have time for her to redo my entire hand. (The reason i did not stop her on the first finger is because I was paying attention to the tech doing my toes.... ) now I have all white nails on one hand and white with a pink tint on the other. I'll be going back to my normal place from now on.

I love the staff and the atmosphere here. What I do not like is that for the past 3-4 months my nails have been breaking within a week of having them done. I'm constantly having to go get nails fixed. There has to be a change of product because this never used to happen.

Horribly place to do business with, I sent my fiancé down there and they not only over charged they screwed up her nails so bad she now has to get them fixed by someone else.  They also ruined a girls nails she was with!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SCAM RIP OFF
