We have never been to Demos' before,  I can see why.  After a 20 min wait,  which we didn't mind,  we were seated at a dirty table with fresh silverware.  The signed receipt from the people before us still on the table. We ordered sweet tea... Got unsweetened tea and some thing that smelled like cooking oil, when we told our server about the tea,  she said oh yeah, we don't serve sweet tea. Really?   We are in the South. Ordered the chips and 2 dips,  which the menu says fresh salsa.  The cheese was basically yellow water and the chips and salsa looked like the same thing from the grocery store.  And it was served with about 12 chips on a plate that looked like a dinner plate from a cafeteria. We told our server that we were just going to leave,  and asked for our ticket. The manager came over and was very nice and didn't charge us for anything. We probably won't be going back,  if that's what we are to expect.

My husband and I have been here 3 times since we moved to Hendersonville in April. We always are satisfied with the food. 
We decided to take my parents there a couple of weeks ago. We wanted something pretty local that they might like. Our waiter seemed very flighty. We weren't in any hurry and he rushed over to us and said, "I'm sorry it will be a moment on your bill there's a family emergency and I have to make a phone call." He came back and apologized and I guess the news was not great. Hate to hear of family emergencies but he also didn't seem really on top of it throughout the entire meal. Then when we went to leave about 15 employees were smoking right by the front door. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get into our car which was right by the door. I feel like they should have a place for smoking a ways away from the entrance. It was very tacky. 

I also feel like if you have a decent sit down restaurant you shouldn't use imitation crab in the "seafood" section of the menu. Yuck.

I love this place! The service is great. If you get the chance ask for Anthony to be your server. He understands just how i like my steak cooked and it comes out right every single time. Also its very nice to come to a place that knows you and comes to your table just to say hello.

This place is great! Everything from the food to the service. The staff is quick and friendly, the food is filling and tastes amazing, it's open with a calming and elegant atmosphere. There's nothing to hate about this place. It's a little more expensive per plate but it's absolutely worth it.

I normally love this place. I don’t know what happened. I ordered the salmon and it was EXTREMELY fishy, dry, and tough but I choked it down anyway while gaging with every bite because I don’t like to complain when I eat out. My boyfriend’s chicken on his sandwich was also hard and dry. He said it was like eating a piece of rubber. Maybe they need to hire a different cook. The soup and bread was delicious, as always, so it wasn’t a total bust. We’re totally disappointed this trip.
