I find to be very honest and upfront, no upselling.  Dennis is also a good people person which makes interactions with him pleasant.  I have been there several times and appreciated the service every time.  Don't expect your phone calls to be answered every time, but stopping in has never failed to work. ;)  Would highly recommend and have done so, and co-worker has found him to be as good as I had advertised.

Honestly great place they will actually work with you. They are more about keeping the customer then making money off of them and for that I consider this a family business 💯👌

Good people who do their best to make sure it's done right. It's going to be worth the wait. They are busy because people know it's a great shop.

Great service in a timely manner. I will be bringing all of my work to this shop all the time. Very satisfied with the prices and the customer service.

The bottom line is, I don't trust ANYONE in town with my vehicles when it comes to automotive repair. No one gets my referrals other than Dennis Automotive. 5 Star service and quality work. If it doesn't need to be fixed he will not try and sell you on it.
