Brought in a vehicle for timing chain and sprocket replacement. $2800 later they tell me I was fortunate there was no damage to internal components. Two months later they tell me there's metal in the oil and I need to replace the motor. They did not verify there previous work. They "guarantee" the work was done properly (without checking) and this whole thing is on the manufacturer. Then they charge another $180 to replace a sensor that didn't need to be replaced. 

I don't know if the initial repair was done poorly, but neither do they. That and the willingness to punt the problem is why I am writing this review.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at a repair shop. They go above and beyond. I know nothing about cars and i am often taken advantage of. Not here! When I leave, I feel safe driving! Usually I feel weary. I'm sure some of you can relate. I also like that there are females working. They explain things in lay terms. Best place, hands down.

Good customer service and customer care. I feel they are one of the better more trusting mechanics around town. Plus they offer rides if you need one wich I thought was really cool.

Fair prices, with the best service in Eugene! I'd unequivocally recommend this place (all 3 actually)! Tremendous engineering skills, and problem solving here. Look no further for help than Sun!

I have been here 2 times. 1st time made an appt and they got me in and out. 2nd time had an issue with the work truck and had no appt but was pleasently surprised that they would take care of me asap. They knew i needed my work truck so it was extremely helpful that they squeezed me in promptly.  Great courteous service. Took care of the issue and no nonsense. Highly recommend.
