in a nut shell, great staff, great prices and great service. Been going here for about 5 years now and I am so glad I found them. After going to another shop and being ignored and then another one and not being shown what I was asking for. Dennis' staff goes above and beyond. They work with you and listen to you. Their creative minds are always working. When they tell you have a seat, trust me, take it, you will be there for a while and the whole time you wont feel pressured. They work with your budget and your ideas and offer great suggestions. I once went there for an item, that unfortunately was out of stock. They brought it in for me the next day and called me to tell me it was in. I offered to put a hold on it with my CC and they said that wouldnt be necessary, they would just hold it till i had the opportunity to come in and look it over. Hows that for no pressure?!!! The place is dangerous, you may find yourself wanting to go back more often than your wallet/purse can afford and back I have gone. You will leave there with a great item, a feeling of satisfaction and a new friend! Ill be back and believe me, so will you.

I recently purchased a diamond engagement ring for my wife to replace her stolen ring. The service including the pricing and setting were second to none. I did quite a bit of research on diamonds and could not duplicate the price online or in any stores. I am a customer for life. Thanks Dennis. PJS
