The guy they have working there is the most patient and best informed  manager I have ever dealt with.  The whole team is great, but he stands head and shoulders above them all.

This used to be my FAVORITE place to deal with until today!! I simply called in to inquire as to when my interest was due and how much it was. I spoke with "Tiffany" and have never been talked to so rudely in my life by a Value Pawn employee! She demanded to know when I was coming in to "see her" and pay my past due interest. She even readily told me who had quit and who had been fired (management employees). I have sent people Value Pawns way for 6 years now and have bought numerous items from them in the past-UNTIL NOW and after today I will NEVER do business with them again. Everyone deserves to be spoken to with respect and if they chose people like "Tiffany" to represent their company then they don't need my business anymore. If you want to be treated with respect stay away from Value pawn and take your business else where. Brian, Brandon, and Haley treated everyone with respect and whatever their reasons for not working there anymore lost Value Pawn some customer service assets. Value Pawn please get a hold of me once you get rid of the disrespectful employees and I might come back in...until then I will find someplace else to deal with-I am sure someone would be happy to treat me with respect as I spend my money. Also gonna report to their corporate office, the better business bureau, and anywhere else that I can leave a rating!!!! Wish I could give them 0 stars instead-this lace has turned into a joke with nasty and disrespectful people representing their business!!!

Courteous staff goes out of the way to help, fair prices too! I've been in twice and made purchases and was helped by Mary, who, in my opinion deserves a pay RAI$E.
