Straight from the beginning, the experience here was sub-par. When my party was seated, we noticed some of the seats were dirty and my friend had to clean off the seat with a napkin before sitting down. The server we had was ok, however her attitude left something to be desired. Several tables around us that were seated a significant amount of time after my party was seated received their food prior to my table. While we were eating, we kept hearing shouting from the kitchen. One comment in particular, "Oh my God that is the most unsanitary thing I've ever seen," was said by the manager to a employee and it almost made me and my group completely loose our appetites. After this, we asked for our bill so we could promptly leave. We waited and waited, but it never came. We probably sat for a good 20 minutes or so until I decided something must be wrong and walked up to the front desk. I found out that our check--that we made clear was split two ways before we even ordered our meal-- was accidently added to another party's bill and the server was frantically trying to figure out how to solve this issue. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for them to resolve the bill issue so we could pay and leave, however we decided at a certain point we could not wait any longer and we began telling them what was on each bill that was split. The manager had stepped in at this point, however she seemed more confused than the employee and printed me a bill that still had items from the other group's table. I told her exactly what we had ordered several times and finally was given the proper bill. At no time did anyone apologize for the inconvenience of our unusually long wait or the mistake of adding our bills together with another table's. I used to really like Denny's and in the past would have preferred them to George Webb's, but our whole experience was a nightmare of what was suppose to be a nice New Year's day breakfast. Please do better for your customers, Denny' s. People really like your food and the convenience of your hours, but you need to clean up your act and for heavens sakes-- do not yell things that make your customers question whether they are eating sanitary food or not.

The place was dirty. The tables were dirty. The floor as well. Staff was just ok. Food was meh. Waitress brought a glass of orange juice with a piece of what appeared to be meat hanging off of the glass. I haven't been to Denny's in literally 20 years. Not going back. I was going to go to IHOP next door, but they weren't open despite it being a half an hour past their open time.

Waitress brought our food without silverware. When we asked for silverware she went to 3 other tables before forgetting about us completely. I had to go to the front and ask again for silverware. Our coffee and water was not refilled even once. When we paid at the end the lady at the register was complaining about a customer.... worst dining experience ever.

My sister found a fingernail in her food The service was very slow and under staffed my food was good thow people left because no body was seating them some people had to just grabbed menus and sat ther selfs down in a spot...!!!!!
