Our experience at this Pizza Hut today was terrible. I placed my order for 3 large pizzas online and was given a delivery time of 1:40pm. I received a text at 1:19pm that my order was just sent out for delivery. The Pizza Hut was 0.7 miles away from our location. I called the Pizza Hut at 2:00pm because we still had not received our order. The customer service here is awful. After a lot of back and forth and the worker not taking any responsibility for what was happening he told me that I was not understanding that the pizzas were out for delivery, so they were still essentially on time. The pizzas were not delivered until almost 2:30pm. that means it took an hour and 11 minutes to make a delivery 0.7 miles away. The pizzas were still somewhat warm and were ok, but I will never order from this location again based on the horrible customer service. Considering all of the poor reviews, I have to question if any of the complaints are being addressed. I do not recommend this location.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AT ALL!! THEY WILL RIP U OFF...DAVE IF THATS HIS REAL NAME SUCKS AS A MANAGER. MY FOOD WAS EXTRA LATE COLD AND WITH FURTHER INSPECTION IT HAD HAIR ON THE PIZZA. I CALLED HE WAS RUDE TOLD ME HE HAD TO PICK THE PIZZA UP INSPECT IT THEN SEND ANOTHER ONE OUT EVEN THO I ALREADY WAITED FOREVER WITH 4 HUNGRY KIDS. I ASKED IF HE COULD MAKE IT NOW SEND IT WITH DRIVER AND DO A EVEN EXCHANGE HE SAID NO. THEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND WHY HE JUST COULDNT SEND MY PIZZA SMH. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN IM SERIOUSLY CONTEMPLATING NEVER EATING AT PIZZA HUT AGAIN I COULDVE HAD FOOD NOW IM HUNGRY AND MONEY IS GONE IM PISTED!! THIS PLACE NEEDS NO STARS SMDH

Worst place to ever get food! They always quick to take your hard earned money but never deliver at a reasonable time! I ordered 2 medium pizzas from them called to check on my order after 3 hours of them not showing up and no answer. This place needs to be shut down. I’m right up the street and they still take forever smh ..

I ordered 1 lg pizza online. I recieved my order confirmation at 5:31pm. To my surprise i received out for delivery notification @ 5:43. Especially after reading all the terrible reviews. I was skeptical that my pizza was really made, cooked and out the door in 10 min. Still i waited by the door since i live just under 1 mile from the store. @ 6:15 the driver delivered the correct order. So i did not have the same service issues everyone else had. Maybe they were having a good night. That said i dont think ill be ordering again. The pizza itself just wasnt good at all. Parts were crispy other parts were soggy, the cheese flavorless and spongy. Definitely not worth the $14 plus tip. Id much rather toss a tombstone or jacks in the oven next time for a fraction of the price. Pizzahut just doesnt offer a good product anymore.

So after months of not ordering from this location due to poor service, we decided to give it a shot last night. 1 large pizza, chicken Alfredo and breadsticks. We live maybe half a mile from this location. The clock said 55 minutes online, it took 1.5 hours, no breadsticks. I called the store 5 times and was hung up on 4 of the Times. Finally on the 5th I talked to the manager. He was not apologetic at all and in fact blamed the delivery guy. “We only have one driver tonight and he’s not very good.” Are you serious?!?! What kind of a manager does that?? Then he asked if I wanted the breadsticks or a $5 credit, I want my breadsticks. He tells me it’s gonna another hour and a half. I asked for his first and last name. He said David and that he would just get me the corporate number. He then hung up on me, never got a credit or the breadsticks. As a manager, I would like to know what exactly “David” was doing to HELP his only driver? I can not believe he just threw his employee under the bus like that!! Never again. This is why businesses are failing in our area. Because these are the types of people running them.
