I've had decent food here before that's why it's not a 1-star. But burger looked like it was made an hour ago. Cheese was hard (sign it had been put together prior to the order). Service was decent. Sprite seemed watered down and they forgot my straw in the drive thru.

The cleanliness of place improved and the service was fast and accurate. Well staffed, the lobby was too cold. As staff complained about being hot in the kitchen area.

Made our Burgers and Fries and then came up and told us they didn't have the chicken strips so we had to wait 6 minutes for that to cook while I Burgers and Fries got cold yummy

Service is always slow. I’m sure you’ve been on the worst end of this places “lines”
I’m observing these knuckleheads right now leaving people at the counter, as I was left. 
All while the drive through continues to wrap, and customers from the curb have come in to complain. 
5:09pm walked in
5::29pm order taken
.... waits
5:43 order was wrong.

The wait in the drive thru is ridiculous. I've timed it. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting here waiting nearly 10 minutes behind two cars. Who the hell do you hired to work here?? My goodness.
