Burger wasn't fresh. Was sitting in broth. No way was that a fresh burger! By the time I was done eating it my whole plate was covered in juice. Not only that but my order was ready in 3 minutes. There's no way that's the standard at Denny's! There was also an ambiance of gangster rap coming from the kitchen through my whole meal. The waitress was very pleasant!

I love Denny's. I'm a huge fan, especially when I find one operating in either a unique building or one of their original 1960s buildings. I'm a sucker for nostalgia, I guess. This Denny's was inside the historic Nevada Hotel & Casino and it was fantastic! It has all the modern flair of a new Denny's but they'd filled the walls with historic pictures of the hotel and local area. It was great to see that. The food was SUPER too! We tried their new skillets they'd added to the menu and they were delicious! Our server was very helpful and informative and attentive. I love Denny's and this is one I'd definitely like to eat at again. And you can gamble in the very next room too! Highly recommended!!!

Food Quality = Terrible Service = Terrible Service was slow. We received nachos that basically consisted of liquid cheese and chilli on stale corn chips. Burger was OK, fries were undercooked. My wife and daughter ordered the Chicken Gouda skillet. Both skillets were covered in a thick layer of liquid cheese substance that appeared to have been applied to the dish with a caulking gun. Both dishes were unappealing, and by all accounts tasted disgusting. We told the waitress ... She did nothing. We told the cashier, an unprofessional kid with a crappy attitude, that we had a terrible meal ... he chose to argue with me as opposed to getting the manager involved. The quality here continues to decline the longer this wreck stays open. I'll likely not go there again.

We brought called in ahead of time informing them that we were going to being in our volleyball team of 24 teenaged girls. Our game went later than expected and we showed up fairly late, but they were still busy. They seated all of us quickly and got straight to ordering. Our waitress worked her tail off to get us our orders quickly. The cook himself, began to help deliver our orders. Within an hour and a half, we were all served and full. Despite our late game, we were able to eat and get out to go to sleep for day 2 of our tournament. I couldn't have asked for better service because not only were they fast, but our waitress was the sweetest woman and the cook was so kind. Not once did she ever look overwhelmed or exhausted even though we were the last group of her shift. We'll visit time and time again.

Placed a to-go order over the phone and it was ready for pick-up about 15 minutes later. The staff were very polite on the phone though I can't vouch for the staff in person since I wasn't the one to pick up the order. The food was excellent and prepared exactly as requested including ranch on the side! A quick round in the microwave at home was all that was needed, which is to be expected. I will be placing to-go orders at this Denny's again! Yum!
