Arrived at 8:20 pm, they were not extremely  busy.  Were seated and cold drinks were brought right away.  Three of us wanted decafe coffee, a fresh pot was brewed and served.  The coffee  took about 20 min  to be served.  All the food finally came (after about 35 min)  and was very good.  The waitress  apologized  for the wait (there were only 2 waitresses  working).  We weren't  in  any particular  hurry, the service  accuracy  was good and the food was good.

Just picked up a burger. Burger was obviously thrown in the box, since it wasn't much of a sandwich. Bread was completely soaked... grease maybe? I picked it up as directed and was by no means late. I have a very short drive home.  Gave them 2 stars still since I had another dinner experience prior that was okay. Won't return.

I always come here late at night or early morning for great food at great prices. 

I have tried a variety of things on the menu and the food is usually done right. I have been here at least 50 times and they have only gotten something wrong twice. When it did happen, they replaced it immediately no fuss. 

The staff is always kind and courteous if you provide them with the same respect.

Carry out . The order was not what we/ I ordered. Instead of chicken sub received a prme rib. Not complaining. Wasn't what I ordered. The nachos we're a soggy mess. It was good other than that. I called and waited for the manager way to long.
