Went here because I love the service, but today was the worst experience ever. Went in. Was asked to seat ourselves. They were not busy. 20 minutes went by. Still not even a drink. Lots of eye contact with the waiter and check out clerk, but no service. Finally another couple comes in and the waitress immediately goes over and waits on them. Got up, started walking out and the waitress had the nerve to ask if there was something wrong. of course, we've been here over 20 minutes and you go to them first....needless to say, we left!

The service was friendly and the food was fantastic. Food was served hot and timely. Keyser WV. Pizza Hut best around!

I am a fan of Pizza Hut, but Keysers Pizza Hut is the nicest. Something about the workers there...they treat you so kind. The atmosphere is far better than Petersburg's. The man that worked there this afternoon was super nice and very accommodating. He should be promoted or given a raise...whoever he was.
