I love Dr. Amy, Dr. Braid and associates. This team is great with kids. My son has high anxiety and he is able to have successfully visits.

I had to reschedule one appointment for my daughter due to work, recieved a letter two weeks later saying "due to too many missed appointments they could no longer see her." One.... it was ONE rescheduled appointment 🙄 I was warned to stay away should have listened. But I'll make sure others know how accommodating these people are not.

Care was good. However, I received an estimate for services based on my insurance allowances, of which I paid in full at our 3 visits. A few weeks after our final visit, I received a bill for an additional $242! When I called, they said that when the insurance paid, they realized they could have billed more, but they had not updated their fee schedule and didn't realize it. So, they increased the amount to which they could have billed, so I was now responsible for the additional amount. I asked that they speak with Dr. Jodi as I felt this was unfair as it was so much more than the estimate, but I offered to meet in the middle and pay half of the additional amount. They returned my call saying Dr. Jodi said I was to pay the full amount and was not willing to take any fault in the estimate error. I had already paid $400 out of pocket plus my insurance paying $500. I am not planning to ever return here for services.

My kids have been going here for years and now all of a sudden they can't get in until August. Looking for a new dentist with better control over their schedule.
