Turns out they aren't a provider for my insurance, but the lady I spoke with (Shanda? Chanda? Not sure how she spells it) was incredibly helpful, and had a very professional and positive attitude. I don't CARE if I don't even get to use their services, the fact that she spent so much time looking into my insurance and communicating back and forth through phone calls shows me that this place actually gives a damn about the fact that they're helping PEOPLE. They remember that their patients are actually people. No one takes my insurance in this area, but she's the ONLY person out of the ten or so I've called that looked into it at all and was willing to do the extra work to see about billing it directly.

I'm terrified of dentists, I avoid needles and blood at all costs, and I thought this was gonna be awful due to the name "half price dental" but it turned out great! Felt so comfortable, everything was explained to me and everyone was so down to earth and friendly, I've never had a better experience getting teeth pulled. Best place by far!

Love this place ❤ Best dentist ever him and Dr. Dyer in Fairmount. Great people all around .... Very kind caring and they tell you everything they are doing and why it happened. Inform you abpit everything and every process they are doing. Very nice and kind and funny and make you feel very comfortable.
