My daughter was seen today by one of the dentist at dental depot in Midwest city. He was very unprofessional. Was verbally abusive. And proceeded to jerk my daughters head from side to side with a metal instrument inside her mouth. She told him he was hurting her and pushed his hand back. He wasn't even concerned enough about his behaviors to even apologize. This is abuse!! I will not take my children back there and I will not recommend them to anyone. Abuse is abuse, plain and simple. Sad thing is, after several phone calls to complain about this doctors behavior towards my child, I feel nothing will be done about it. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating was because it was the only way to leave a review. This place doesn't deserve any stars as far as I'm concerned.

I will not be returning. The front desk staff is rude and seem annoyed when they have to actually do their job. My daughter was afraid to get the dental imaging done. They acted annoyed I was not going to force her to do them. Since she did not get the imaging done, they would not clean her teeth. I am also annoyed I never see my dentist because he does not work on Saturdays (when asked my preference, I said Saturday appointments). Why assign me to a dentist I will never see? I will be going to a pediatric dentist for my daughter and finding a new dental provider for myself.

I wish I could give no stars the dentist Nygughn or however you spell his name is rude he cuts you off in the middle of talking very unprofessional my mom was in the middle of trying to explain something about my son's teeth and he cut her off and said he's fine we took both of my boys in for a cleaning the assistant they used to do the job did less brushing on their teeth than I do at home and that was it they charged my insurance for a full cleaning when I do a better job than that for free they was all in a rush and had attitudes very bad experience with this office I will not bring me or my children back! They are only out to get paid no concerns for patients at all!!!

I have been in the dental field for several years... This dental office is amazing. The staff were very knowledgeable and the dentistry they perform is superb!!!! The office is so sterile I just loved my expierence... I would definitely return to temp for this lovely staff.
