The lady who worked on me was very customer service oriented and informative which helped with my many questions. The team around her including the dentist presented a happy comfortable environment. You all genuinely wanted to help and that was great. I didn't have an appointment since i called right before i arrived. It took about an hour or less to get me back there but i can't complain because i know you fit me into the schedule. It felt welcoming here and the new patient prices were amazing.

My experience has been great. My  hygienist is the best and I really appreciate my dentist's straight forward approach to dealing with my dental issues.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at My Dentist.  Over a three-month period of time, I've had two root canals, three crowns, and three fillings.  Dr. Schmitz did a great job!  His "chair-side manner" is awesome; he took the time to explain all my dental issues and the procedures needed to correct them, as well as answering all my questions.  He and his staff did everything possible to keep me comfortable throughout my appointments.  I respect and admire this professional, personable, bright young Dr. Schmitz and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a new dentist.

The young Dentist that filled my teeth was very nice. The filling he used was to dark and now I have to go back to get the filling redone. After paying my bill in full I received a bill a month later for 300.00. When I called and asked why I was told they charged more after the fact because my insurance let them. REALLY.

Horrible customer service. When I called to ask if they took my card, which 6 of their dentists are listed on it's website,  I was immediately spoken to with an attitude as if she didnt have time to answer my question. Then she got even more rude. She was not helpful and frankly the rudest person I have ever talked to! I will not give them my business if that is how they allow her to treat potential customers. Also "I don't know" is not answer. If she really had worked in customer service as long as she says she did, she would know that!
