Call today to have my daughters last appointment sent over. The guy was very rude. Which shocked me cause I've always given great reviews and even referred people. He told me he couldn't send it cause it was more than 6 months ago. Now I know my kids went in February and that my daughter had been referred out because the person that was suppose to do it never came back after their vacation. Instead of calling me, I had to call 2 months later to figure out what was going on. Anyway so today I'm like I just need it for her school the guy clearly didn't want to be at work today and had an attitude. He was like well I just can't send it doesn't make any sense we no longer live in Oklahoma so I'm asking for documentation that she's even been and you can't send them? Who hired those fools? Have the women are equally as rude, the play hour usually smells like piss and is old

I took my two kiddos to Kool Smiles for the first time, and was a little apprehensive about it because our experience with other children's dentists in the area had been less than ideal. Both of my children (18 months and 3 years) were extremely comfortable from the very start. Jenny, our hygienist, did a fantastic job of explaining what she was doing in terms that my kids could understand and kept them interested and focused. She truly is great with kids and is very patient! I had a smile on my face from start to finish, and I will definitely be bringing them back!

Kiddos love Kool Smiles. . . . . From the minute they walk in they get to play. Then when in the back the staff is awesome with them. Explained everything that they were to do and made them less worried from the start. Have been going for almost 6 years and no where else with both kids! We love Jenny she has been there since I believe the very first visit of ours. Also my daughter had to get a couple of fillings and Dr.Barnes was quick and so gentle with her and in a round about why explained everything he was doing!

They were really good with my son. ❤
They did everything they could to help him, but as him being three years old he wasn't too happy with what was going on so they referred us to a specialist. ❤ I love this place and will bring my son back here again.

I want to say thank you Kool-Smiles for helping my children with Excellence Smiles. My daughter was seen last week for sedation I know how my daughter reacts with things. But I give you all a thumbs up for trying. Thanks for giving her a referral to point us in the right direction. I forgot the ladies name that was on the paper but you all did an outstanding job working together as a team. The environment is nice and clean. My kids love playing on that play gym. You guys are the best. And I will like to say THANK YOU. For providing care to my children.
