I really do not understand how people can give more than 1 star to this. They are always overcrowded, and the dentist will follow you and minimum 3 other patients AT THE SAME TIME, with all the delays associated to that. But the real problem is that, since they are so overwhelmed, they will do the procedures in a bad way. Dr. Ali filled my cavities leaving me so many problems because he did it in a rush without paying any attention. The prices are as high as any other dental clinics, but the service is horrible. Moreover, the people at the reception work in a very bad way, forget to call you back, I even had to go in person to have my XRays sent by email after calling them 3 times. The worst thing? They talk bad about other clinics, saying that the wait times are months, while they could cut them down to 2 weeks. The truth? I went to a better dentist, having same prices, and got to have appointments every week, even twice a week. Going to this dentist was the worst experience of my life, and my teeth still have problem after months because the doctor did his job poorly. Please don’t go there if you care about your health.

I have been going to Mass Dental for many years. My experience has changed drastically in the past few years. Any establishment should be extremely cautious of the people they keep at their front desk. Crystal has always been so attentive to her customers. She explains everything thoroughly and she has done so for years by herself. She, and the dentists there are super professional and always have been.  Now, they have a few ladies at the front and they don’t hold a candle to Crystal. The front desk staff are rude as hell. They are confrontational and they screen you from speaking to anyone besides them. I am totally upset!! I do not want to return because I have continued work to have done on my teeth. I love the doctors here but I hope they realize the problem is the front desk staff!  Please throw them away and start over!

My son got an appointment right before he had to go back to college for classes and Dr. Abood and Dr. Al did phenomenal work. He will be coming back on spring break.

My experience @ Mass Dental  is always phenomenal, very friendly and staffs are very professional. Chrystal the front desk receptionist and her crews are amazing very friendly make you feel @ home. Doctors Al are the best and really caring and very knowledgeable  about his patients needs. They always make me feel comfortable and do a tremendous job. I always leave there feeling great and happy after every visit. I love that place so much, my entire family goes there. Definitely best dental clinic in Boston. I definitely recommend everyone to go visit @ least once, you will be amazed. I would like to say Thank you to all the incredible staffs & Mass Dental for the wonderful work your  do everyday.

My niece recommended Mass Dental Associates to my 73 year old mother. She was very nervous going to this office but they where very kind and professional with her. She is happy and looking forward to her next visit.

Mass Dental Associates is a great and best dental care you can ever experience. I had a very good experience with Dr. Ali. He is a very professional and thorough dentist. He is also very supportive and truly caring about his patients. I am pleased with his professional and kind service. I definitely recommend him to everyone, if you’ve any dental problem.

You know you're in good hands when you feel no pain as your dentist is giving you a crown these folks are very professional with added Extra Care

I usually don’t write reviews but i felt like i had to for this dentist. This was my first ever going here and it was a great experience! The doctor explained everything to me before doing anything and helped me stay very calm as i am a very nervous person. Pain free extraction quick and easy and also this was the most least painful novocine injection I’ve ever had.
