The entire staff is so friendly. I have never had a bad experience here. Office is very clean. There are always movies playing both in the lobby and the individual rooms for this children. I would Highly recommend dental group of Arcadia, You will not be disappointed.

The worse dental service i ever seen , my kid even did not have teeth cleaning in 2 visits, waiting time is horrible, service is really unprofessional, people there did not know what they are doing, they only moving around without any work to do. they need a good manager i dout if the place have even a manager or a responsible person to ask about what is going on. they schedule you another appointment to do nothing again, just get money from your insurance and count appointment after one without any work done, the only thing i got after 2 visits is X ray with a broken machine so they had to perform it many times in order to get a suitable photo, they waste my trim and money, I will never go there again for me or for my kids

Very friendly and professional staff. When you need to see the dentist quickly, the staff finds a way to make it happen. Dr Liui is a fantastic dentist. Explains everything and she knows her patients.

I had an 11:00 for a dental check-up and periodontal cleaning I waited 45 minutes and had to ask when they were going to see me. Then they took me in immediately but I only got x-rays because the wait was going to be longer for the dental check-up and cleaning.

they are the worse i went there twice each time wait for more than an hour and my kids did not even get a cleaning, first time the dentist claims he does not know what should to do with my son and transfer me to a specialist in the same clinic for another appointment and for more fees. unfortunately the specialist did not do any work for my son and asked for double fee of kids zone, in addition the x ray machine always has a problem and i found there many worker moving around randomly and claims they are behind.......if i have chance to give them negative star i will do they waste my time, made my son losing some of his school classes without any benefit
