I wanted a new dentist for my children and did a dentist search.  Most dentists wanted to drill and fill cavities on baby teeth and do so while putting the children under some type of medication.  I had one dentist tell me my two year old son was too squirmy and may have to put him under anesthesia for drilling and filling a baby tooth.  I didn't want my kids drugged nor put through unnecessary dental procedures for enriching them.  Dr. Crabtree doesn't do any of the above.  He treat adult teeth.  He talks to the kids and shows them photos of uncared for teeth.  I am very happy with him and referred my mother to him and am even thinking of making him my dentist.

Excellent service. He is our family dentist and we are very happy we started there. His bilingual secretary, dental assistant and he make for a wonderful team; each explains process and procedures so we always know exactly what is going on, especially in the dental chair with Dr. Crabtree where he strives to make us feel comfortable explaining to us what he is doing as he works. He is always professional but personable and always a pleasure to interact with. We look forward to our visits and that is unusual to say for a dental visit; we always leave with a good feeling. The concern for each individual person is what makes this clinic special.

I am going now for several years to Dr. Crabtree's office. I am very happy with the care I received. Dr. Crabtree is very professional and a very nice person. He has a very nice family practice.  There is no waiting time, the location is perfect for Arcadia and you can always find a parking space adjacent to his office. The assistant is nice and efficient.

Dr. Crabtree was a,wonderful dentist to our children now they are all adults. We called him because we had an emergency with one of our children and he jokingly calmed him down and got to work. In no time he was done and  had us all laughing with his story. I am also not an easy patient and he has always been patient with me. He evens tells you when things are needed for sure or things can be done a better way.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Crabtree.

Dr. Jay is the absolute BEST for both children and adults.  He takes care of my three children, my husband and myself. He is always personable, very knowledgable, never makes you feel guilty if your teeth are not in the best condition and if you ever have an emergency, Dr. Crabtree is very quick to respond and get you the treatment you need immediately.  Dr. Jay's dental hygienist, Louise is also very kind and works with your schedule. Dr. Jay is by far the best dentist in the SG Valley.
