Dr. Natividad is the finest dentist I have ever known. Every procedure (and I have had many) has been accomplished with no problems. This is the first dental office where I have looked forward to my visits.

Fifth Avenue Dental is my #1 choice for dental care services. Recently, I went there for the first time and was blown away by the professionalism, outstanding customer service skills, and the knowledge of Dr. Raymund Natividad and his staff. They treated me with the upmost respect, addressed and corrected my dental issues, and gave me advice on how to better care for my teeth. If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Fifth Avenue Dental for all your dental needs. Please keep up the excellent customer service and professionalism 5th Ave Dental. Im very impressed with the high quality care I received from Dr. Raymund Natividad and his team. Sometimes it can be very challenging to find a great dentist, so Im very thankful and grateful to God for Fifth Avenue Dental. My prayers have been answered.

I had a toothache but no appointment. My wife however did have an appointment with Dr. Natividad so I went with her and told the girls in the front office. Dr. Natividad happened to have a little free time that day and took me in. I needed a chipped crown removed and a new one put on. He made a new permanent crown right there in his office with some high tech equipment. I went home happy with my toothache gone.

If you're looking for dental care, I highly recommend Fifth Avenue Dental Care with Dr. Raymund! Him and his team were so friendly, thorough, helpful, professional and the office is beautiful and clean! Thank you Fifth Avenue!
