Unprofessional ,rude,and Jessica MS. office manager you really need to get a new job being a office manager is not the title you should have very unprofessional.If you want your child to leave injured this is the place.Why as a dentist would you put a sharp dental tool to hold a swollen,numb,lip as a procedure is being done this is what happened to my son and his lip was sliced and bleeding from tool,shape of tool mark left on his bottom lip.And when I voice my opinion I was confronted by office manager and told I shouldn't be upset plus when I say confronted she bullied her way in the room and stood so close to my face I knew what she had for dinner night before and also thrusted her body three times towards me in a threaten matter.I had my four year old daughter with me and took her from the side of me and sat in chair as she the office manager paced back and forth from where I was to the wall as if she was getting ready to have a stand off with someone mind you I'm still sitting down on my phone so I would have a witness to what was going on.There is a way to act professional when your not Jessica you need to take a course. I kept being told I have no right to be upset.And to the comment from the office manager( any day you wanna get your bat I'm ready.)
