Worst dental experience. They are rude & unprofessional. I took my 6 year old here for  extractions of his baby teeth. Everything stopped when they asked me to sign a release that included him being physically restrained. I refused, they kept trying to talk me into it I refused. Then the dentist says oh I see an abscess & that is bad. Never before had they mentioned a abscess yet when I refuse now they see a life threatening problem. At this point I realize its about the money & I still refuse. I took my child to another dentist and explained everything, they looked and said there is no abscess. I will never go back.

This place is the worst dentist office on the planet. The front end staff needs to be retrained on their customer service skills. One girl got rude with my husband over the phone. Then she got rude and nasty with me AND left a nasty, rude, inconsiderate message on my voicemail. I don’t know where they got these people from. They gave me false information. This place sucks. Wonderful doctors but these rude women need to find another line of business since they don’t know how to talk to people. I stood in the line for more than 15 minutes because the girl spent all that time going back and forth with a man ahead of me. Then when it was my time to check in, she told me I was late. When I explained I was in line she started over talking me then rolled her eyes. WARNING: DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

If you're reading this, I highly recommend looking for another office instead. Its a shame because the doctors in the back are excellent, they do their job extremely well, instead the front desk staff are horrible. The absolute worst customer service ever. They don't smile. They don't greet you. Some people come when they are in horrible pain, we know how bad a toothache can be and the front desk staff are still inconsiderate. They have no sense of urgency for your care. They also need a better routine so that they can flow better and stop giving false information out. Sometimes one person say something and the other person says one thing.They give the office a bad look and it shouldn't have to be that way because the doctors in the back are excellent as but we would not know that judging from the people that work in the front. I try to not take it personal, I don’t have to see these people everyday but it’s like EVERY appointment I have had, it’s always an issue, but I do hope my review will do something to make the office better. This is like the 5th bad experience with them and they all stem from the front desk.

I been going to this dentist office for 8 year's. I was recently there had 2 teeth pulled. No meds was given to me. I was told by manager to deal with the pain. The manager and surgeon was very disrespectful. My mouth is still in pain I had to call out of work 2 day's after the pulling of the teeth due to the swollen.

Willingboro family dental waste people time, they keep u waiting for no reaseons or explantion, when u ask them they will say " they behind schedule and short of doctor" always a delayed. I hate this place.
