I have been a patient of Dental One for about a year. In that period of time I've had major reconstruction and repair done. I've always had a positive experience in what used to be considered tough procedures. The dentists have always explained the reasons for procedures and have answered any questions that I've had. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend Dental One to any of my friends and associates who are looking for a dentist.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES EXIST!!! Not only has the staff at Dental One in Columbia MD mastered their craft. They differently have your best interest at heart. They provide total transparency with every step of your treatment and their first concern is your comfort and understanding of your process of care. I'm NAMING NAMES: Dr. Wright - perfection on every standard of care. And HIS PERFECT MATCH: Lulu - their unisons I dear to say is Flawless!!!

Although I am not a fan dental work (who is),  this was truly a great experience.  Dr. Zand and Dr. CT were the best. As soon as I walked in their office,  they made me feel comfortable about getting a root canal.  As terrified as I was,  they continuously assured me everything would be fine.  They were 200% correct and I experience very,  very little discomfort (a needle is going to pinch no matter what). All in all, from the receptionist to the doctors to the billing manager Jenna, this was truly a very positive experience.  Thank you again.

I had a deep cleaning, (my first one) and something that I feared because of all the feedback from co-workers and others.  The staff here is very professional and friendly. The deep cleaning was painless to me due to a good dental hygienist that really cared and made sure I was not uncomfortable throughout the entire process.

Another great visit @ Dental One. Kudos to my dental hygienist Maxine for her being so good at what she does. She has a clear passion for patient care and well-being, and really enjoys her job. She is also a terrific hygienist. Together, this makes for a worthwhile experience and one worth writing about. Finally, special kudos to her for doing an outstanding job connecting with my daughter and motivating her to brush and floss daily... amazing impact for sure!
