There are 2 sides to this office.   One side is the dentist side where they do the cleanings and fillings and the other is the orthodontics side where they do the braces. Both sides are very efficient and very clean. I watched as the assistants would clean up the chairs and they were very thorough. They are also very good with the kids even the ones that may be tough to handle. A++

Love this dentist office. They are always nice. Very clean office. If you have an emergency they will fit you right in. Best dentist for children ever!!

While I cannot say enough wonderful and kind things about the gentle and caring dentist and hygienist at this location, dealing with the Office Manager has been a complete and total nightmare. 

We never received one bill from this office for any of the services and then out of the blue I got a phone call saying we had a balance that we needed to clear up. There was a major issue with payment bc they would not accept our care credit card over the phone. It had to be in person but my husband works in DC and can’t just take off like that. They refused to work with us in any way other than him coming in person. I was told the Office Manager would call me back to see if she could speak to care credit but she never got back to us regard. In the middle of us trying to work out payment, we were charged interest/late fees. When I finally did speak with her because I had to call looking for her she explicitly told me that those fees and interest charges would be waived. My husband took off work, drove from DC to Glen Burnie to pay a $60 bill in person bc they refused to work with us. When he got to the office to pay the bill, the office manager argued with him saying she never told “mama” she was waiving the fees which I found extremely unprofessional. On top of that, it’s a direct HIPAA violation having that discussion so loudly with a room full of other patients that could hear the conversation. My husband paid the bill minus the additional fees and left. We thought we were done with this nightmare. Today, we got a collection letter in the mail for the amount of the fees I was told would be removed!! So on Monday while I am waiting to have my planned C-Section I guess we will be calling the collection agency to dispute the charges with them.  This is a never ending nightmare! We SHOULD send a bill to the office for the cost of my husband having to take off work + gas + mileage for making him come all the way in person!! Ridiculous. 

Get your act together with billing, hire a professional office manager, teach your employees about HIPAA laws and get some more convenient hours!!

Convenient location, friendly staff, 3 kids in braces and these folks are the best!

Update: finally getting braces off today for last 2 kids, its been a long road, but the staff here has been great (except for 1 rude tech, Daniel) these ladies are the best. Thank you for taking such good care of us over the years!

This dentist office is amazing!  The staff is courteous and quick.  My Son is 3 and he has had 3 amazing visits at this practice!  They are very good with kids and explain everything they are doing every step of the way.  The waiting room wait time is minimal but my appointments are always early morning.
