This is in response to Rachael Brown's review: after reading your review, I felt compelled to respond. Number one, we have never sent patients home with a mouth full of cotton. My staff is very well trained and very competent. We give a full list have instructions both oral and written to all patients who receive orthodontic appliances. Secondly, with regards to a refund, you left here with a mouthful of orthodontic appliances, not to mention the time that I took to place them. 1,900 dollars is in keeping with other orthodontic practices in the area. Third, with regards to the extraction of your teeth, a patient can see five different orthodontists  and get 5 different treatment plans. There is always more than one way to treat any case. I personally think that cases turn out to be much more aesthetically pleasing if you don't take adult teeth out. So I do it when it is only absolutely necessary. Fourth, I know how to place orthodontic brackets correctly. If your current practitioner had a problem with my placement. She should have called me and discussed it with me. I sometimes get transfer patients in who's treatment plans that I do not agree with. I discreetly suggest to the patient a different course for their treatment. I do not trash the previous practitioner as this is extremely unprofessional.
I regret that you were unhappy with our treatment. I think you were misguided about many of your opinions about our office. I regret that you did not call me to discuss any of this. I would have been happy to talk with you. I might add that I have treated several thousand orthodontic patients over the past 25 years who were very pleased with their treatment.

Just had all my teeth pulled and dentures put in . Love love love dr grace. It is worth the 2 hr drive to get wonderful care and they treat you like you are their friends and you feel right at home .

Love Dr Grace. She is kind and cares about her patients comfort and looks. I had new permanent  dentures top and bottom three months ago. I'll review them in a year.

Every time i am here on time but they always keep me setting here for 45 minutes why make an appointment

I waited almost 2 hours for the dentist to even come in the room.  Other than the lady that took my x-rays not one person came into the room to acknowledge my sitting there. By this time it was almost closing and the dentist spend maybe ten minutes with me. My husband was not pleased with her course of treatment feeling she rushed and therefore didn't take the time to properly evaluate treatment and has advised me to get a second opinion.  

To be honest, even if the next dentist feels her treatment is valid, I will not be going back there.
