My daughter received a crown in December of 2017.  The crown fell out and this dentist stated "They do not feel comfortable replacing it", and refused to do the required work.  I called Tricare to ensure that the dentist refunded the money.  Don't take your child here.

The place is clean and sanitary. Waiting time is minimal. The office staff are friendly and helpful. My problem is with Dr. Culp.   I told her I wanted 2 lower teeth repaired and an upper partial.  We discussed cost and she let me know in no uncertain terms that she didn't care about what it costs or what the insurance would pay because that was not her problem. When I refused to go to a periodontist that she recommended for a "deep cleaning", she told me it was unethical for her to repair the two teeth and make a partial for me and turned me over to another dentist in the office for a "second opinion." That dentist (Dr. Hudson) had no problem doing what I asked. He didn't find it unethical. Makes me wonder if she gets paid for the referral and when I refused to go, she didn't want to work with me.

They do not manage time well and did only half the work that my insurance was billed for. It is an inconvenience when you have two appointments for a cleaning and exam when it can be done all in one.

I had a tooth pulled that didn't need to be pulled. 
I had a filling done on one of my front teeth, she drilled all into the tooth next to it as well. Anndddd, guess who had to pay for her screw up? Me. When I told her about it, she said "it must've already been there." Then shrugged her shoulders. How do I put a perfect half circle on the side of my freaking tooth?! 😂😂
I switched after the last filling, she screwed that one up too. Had to go to west to have it fixed and had to pay AGAIN to do so. 😡

Great serivce.  Front desk is very helpful.  And they didn't gripe and moan when my wife was 10 minutes late once.

Clean place and very professional staff.  For a dental place, its rare to see a smile in there.  But hey, who's noticing, right?
