Not happy today, after three very satisfactory years (Dr. Matt is great). Arrived 10 mins late for cleaning today, after calling to say I was running late & being told to come ahead. However, I waited for 25 mins and, when I asked when I'd be taken, was told, "Not till 2:00." (Appt was at 1:00.) Apparently, the 2:00 person was an hour early & got my appt. 
While I take full responsibility for being late, it seems I could have been told when I called that someone else would be taken before me...or at least when I arrived! Isn't it inconsiderate to have me sit & wait for 25 mins without informing me when I arrived (after I called) that someone else had been taken instead of me? That I'd have to wait another 25 mins? Customer service??!

I started using West LA dental last year and I've never had a bad experience. Had cleanings and work done, always quick and relatively painless

I had a really good experience at West Dental.  I had a tooth extracted and I didn't feel a thing.  I had to go back for a follow-up because I had a dry socket.  They was able to see me the same day I called and Dr Troy fixed my problem.  He is a AMAZING Dentist along with is Dentist Tech.  I will be going back if I have any other problems.

We have been very pleased with West LA Dental Center. Dentists, hygienists, and all staff have always been very friendly and made a trip to the dentist as pleasant as it can be. Most recently, my young daughter had a procedure done. Everyone was incredibly patient and gentle with her, and it went very smoothly - no complaints from her whatsoever. The dentist even called that evening to see how she was doing - I appreciated the personal touch!

Just got a wisdom tooth pulled everything went good.  People are friendly and the offices are clean. I felt welcomed when I came through the door.
