Dr. As-Sanie and the entire staff at Dental Reflections are friendly and always quick/efficient! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment, if at all (sometimes even being brought back early). I have 3 children who are also seen by their practice and the kids are always at ease - even excited to go to the dentist! The waiting room is clean & modern, but with toys for the kids and the pediatric half of the exam area is perfect when I am taking multiple children at the same time (room to play or color while waiting on their sibling).

One of the best Dentist offices I have ever been to! The whole staff is incredibly helpful in answering any questions you have. Dr. As-Sanie explains everything thoroughly prior to starting anything and makes sure you're comfortable with what is going to happen. They follow up the day after a filling to make sure you're feeling okay. They sincerely care about all of their patients and it shows! If you're looking for a Dentist in the area, I would highly recommend Dental Reflections!

They are so gentale and caring. Been going to dental reflections since I was young and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

I went here because of the great reviews. But it was not what I thought. I will start with the good things first. The dental staff were great! And DR. RUDI AS-SANIE is probably one of the best dentist I've ever had. Unfortunately her billing staff is a different story. I called and ask if my visit would be covered under my insurance before I came in for my appointment. The lady said she will call my insurance provider to confirm and let me know before I'm seen. I came in and got the dental work done and when I got ready to leave she said it wasn't covered and you now owe us money. This was very deceptive! So I said let me call my insurance and I left. When I called the insurance company they had no record of them calling at all and confirmed with me that the services were not covered. So I called the billing specialist at the office back to see if we can negotiate this miscommunication. The billing specialist decided to start yelling on the phone then hangs up. So if you go with this dental office BEWARE. Check your insurance first to make sure every single piece of work is covered. Do not trust anything they say when it comes insurance. I think if you follow these warnings you will be fine and your experience as Dental Reflections will be a good one. Also there is a guy dentist that sometimes will see you if DR. RUDI AS-SANIE is not there. It's best to avoid him as well... Ask if you will be seen by Dr. Rudi As-sanie. If not then simply reschedule for a time to see her. He has a arrogant demeanor and doesn't seem to care about your well being.

I'm impressed with both the professionalism as well as the warmth of the staff. Because the office is equipped with the latest technology, Dr. As-Sanie can show me pictures inside my mouth as she explains my treatment options -- it really helps me understand what's going on! I also like that it's easy to find an appointment time. I also brought my three-year old here for his first dental visit, and he loved it. Believe it or not, he was actually excited to come back for his next cleaning. :)
