I had a crown done here about 2 years ago after not having been to the dentist for years due to lack of insurance. I have extreme anxiety about the dentist so I read tons of reviews before deciding to make an appointment at Dublin Metro because there were so many positive reviews (which I now feel must be fake/paid for). At the time of the procedure I was a little concerned by how rushed everything seemed, but I figured as long as the job was done right I was okay with being treated like a number and not a valued patient. I was originally excited by the new technology used in this office and thought the one day crown machine would be great, however they had many problems trying to scan my tooth and place the crown, having to re-numb me several times. She eventually got the crown on and assured me everything was fine. I was unable to get in to see a dentist again until recently when I finally got dental insurance. I scheduled a standard cleaning at a different office (since Dublin Metro is out of network for my plan). I was shocked when I saw the X-Rays of the crown done here and was told it was never sealed properly. I'm not a dentist, but even I could tell the large gap between my gum line and the crown was bad (it's subtle enough that I didn't notice it by looking at it in person but it is very clear on the X-Ray). I am still paying off the job done by Dublin Metro through CareCredit (I am a full time student so my monthly payment is very low) and now I have to pay hundreds of dollars for ANOTHER crown to be put on properly. This dentist either knew that the crown was improperly placed and chose to let me leave like that, or they did not bother to check in the first place. Either way I am extremely disappointed and have suffered severe financial and emotional strain from this mistake. I know mistakes happen, but this was completely avoidable and horrible practice. I wanted to post this to let others know not to trust all the positive reviews listed here.

I was very hesitant in going to the dentist as I have very bad anxiety. I made the decision to come to Dublin Metro Dental a few years ago and I have been very happy. Everyone is very nice and they make you feel very relaxed. I have been happy with every visit and Dr Sadineni is the best!

Just wonderful! Super nice, patient and made me feel relaxed. I have extreme Dentist phobia. I highly recommend them. The staff was awesome!

Great staff! Dr. Sadineni, Jenny, and the hygienist that performed my deep cleaning (I wish I could remember her name) are awesome! Initially I was irratated as I was waiting 40 minutes till my initial consultation, turned out they had a couple of emergency dental procedures. I was about to leave and find a different dentist - I'm glad I didn't. After ignoring a dentist office for 20 years, they didn't make me feel like dirt. They fixed all the issues (there were a lot) and I'm extremely happy with the results. I didn't think my teeth would look this great! Thanks!
