I LOVE this place! The dentists and technicians are so wonderful and caring. The procedures are virtually pain free and the staff makes you feel at ease at all times. They never make you wait and they have great hours, including weekends. They really do care about your well-being not just your dental care. I recommend them to literally everyone I know. I'll never go any place else.

Had yet another wonderful experience at The Gentle Dentist. I’m never kept waiting even a minute passed my appointment time. The front desk staff is always friendly and knows me by name. I’ve been a patient for just over 3 years. I never feel pushed for services I don’t need. Whitney is a great, through hygienist. This practice is wonderful and I can’t say enough good things!

I, like most people, don't really care for the dentist. I liken it to paying taxes. You don't want to, but you know you should. That being said, the crew at The Gentle Dentist made every reasonable accommodation to make sure I was comfortable and informed. There was no judgement towards me or negative attitudes, even after admitting I had gone nearly a decade since my last dental visit. Molly was the Dental Hygienist who did my cleaning and x-rays. She was patient and professional the entire time. The reception staff was polite and flexible when doing my in process paperwork, and when schedduling my follow up visit. Everyone did their best to answer any questions or concerns I had. If there were a 6 star option, I would leave 6 stars.

Chose this office based on their operating hours and my husband’s positive experience. If you are in extreme pain, good luck being seen, or having the staff honor your appointment . Long story short, I called for a palliative pain visit, in extreme pain, while waiting for my appointment on the 23rd. I was advised I could not be seen, I indicated that I couldn’t wait any longer to take care of this tooth. I work in a building that does not allow cell service. The office took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment, based on me not answering their callback. I had other treatments that needed to happen at the appointment. When I called to confirm, they advised that they cancelled, and asked, if I had the extraction, why would I need the appointment..... at a loss for words. After almost a month of waiting to have my teeth taken care of.. I now just need to find a new dentist. Really was hoping for a better experience😩
