The staff here goes above and beyond, I’m not kidding. I went there yesterday for a simple retainer replacement with my two kids (a two year old and a five month old) and literally had my hands full. When ur came to payment, I had an issue with my healtcare debit card that required me contacting the card company which required being transferred multiple times (and I had to make multiple phone calls) all the while my kids starting to get antsy. One of the receptionists was nice enough to keep my kids company while I was on the phone. They were also nice enough to let me nurse my 5month old in one of their back rooms and taped the window so I could have some privacy. What I thought would be an in and out appointment turned into a very long one but the staff made it so much easier. They’re so easy to talk to and their new facitilty is really inviting and smells really good.

Staff is friendly, explains procedures very well. Office was clean. Dr Hawley was efficient and friendly. Hygienist did good job, very little discomfort.

All of the employees at this location are very nice and make you feel welcome. I have been coming to this dentist office for at least 15 years and have never had a bad experience!
