The staff is very professional and use state of the art equipment. Claire at front desk is knowledgeable and pleasant to ask questions to. Dr Jackson and his dental assistant Val are very gentle and work well together.
I was in for an inlay on a chipped tooth from 20 years ago and a filling on a back molar. Dr Jackson noticed a second filling was needed and added it for free. 
The inlay looks perfect. I can't even tell that the tooth was ever chipped. 
I feel that the pricing was fair and will have my wife and kids come here as well.

My dentist is Michael Jackson...
Dr.J did a bite adjustment and a lot of other work. I am happy. They are high tech and show you digital scans of your whole mouth, and x-rays too.
The hygienist is thorough and gentle.

The office workers are nice but once i was past them the customer service went down hill. The dentist asked why i was there which is definately concerning and then after having an appt for weeks for an emergency procedure i go back and the dentist looks at an x ray and says i needed to be referred out due to him not having the tools.  Definately a waste of my time. 
Gave them a second chance and once again a waste of time. They cancelled my appt 30 mins before i was supposed to be there. Unprofessional and unorganized to say the least. I will not go back.

I had an okay experience here. I had a couple of issues with miscommunication regarding payment and billing which made things super complicated and inconvienient for me. Honestly I recommend Grenburg Orthodontics in Flower Mound. They keep you up to date and informed about everything, plus their customer service is top notch. I would have given them one star but two stars because they did work with me on payments BUT this could have been avoided if they were better with communicating billing.

I could not be happier with my experience, Dr.Jackson is a pain free dentist, no kidding I've been twice this month for fillings had several shots both times and did not feel a thing. We all know that's the scariest part of going to the dentist. I'm actually looking forward to going to the dentist for the first time in my life. Thank you!!
