They don't ever answer the phone so don't even bother calling. There where 3 ladies in the front general info area. Two of them just standing there complaining about how much they hate it there. Instead of giving people assistance. Once one of them got done with someone she turned around and started complaining with the other two. Stood there for 10mins while they complained and finally got some help. That's just terrible service. Ended up leaving going to Derby. So much better people weren't acting like little high school girls, worth the drive.

Don't bother calling. The phone line is always busy. You will have to go in for whatever the reason is and most likely you won't have the correct documentation because you couldn't call ahead of time. However, the wait was not bad thanks to online reservations and the customer service was neutral. Parking is always available. They usually get the job done in a decent amount of time.

Before you even walk into the place, please for your sake and the sake of the person who is waiting on you, read the website and bring what it asks you to bring. Then check in online, you will get a confirmation email, text, or both. If you do these two simple things your experience will be awesome just like mine was. I was in and out within 15 minutes, the lady who served me was nice and professional. Super simple and easy to do.

Decent place. Just needs to be clear on where the entry is. I waited in what I would call the front parking lot for 30 minutes before opening, only to end up calling the derby office because this location would not answer their phones. They then told me the entrance was in the back of the strip center. Weird

People are processed through fairly efficiently. Can be there anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. I have good experiences. FYI, license renewal this year. Been waiting more than 30 days but havent received it in the mail yet. This office had me contact Topeka who determined it wasnt made yet. Could be a wait getting the plastic in the mail.
