With the stroke of a pen you made some deafening 
statements when you signed Arkansas House Bill 1665, that you don’t respect my Constitutional 
Rights or the rights of any other american, nor do 
you respect the lives of our most vulnerable citizens the animals, and that you fully support animal abusers, and corporate profits, and that you will
do everything in your power to keep an iron fist 
on our taxpayer dollars that subsidize the most
evil industry that has ever existed in our lifetime, animal agriculture. Flesh isn’t food, it’s destroying our planet, human health, and it supports unfathomable cruelty to animals, you have been on this planet far too long Mr. Hutchinson to not care about the welfare of others, may your heart be 
resuscitated before you enter the afterlife.

Out of all the governor's offices, this is the only one in Arkansas. Arkansas, being the finest state in the nation, and this being the center of Arkansas governance, means this is the greatest governor's office ever.

The Governor's support of funding based on "graduation/completion of an education plan" is a big step in the right direction.    The "Flagship" has to spend big $ for parking lots & apartments which thus far,  yields high turn-over.
