You have to pay $7 for public parking here, which doesn't say on any letters you may receive for your appointments. And nobody here smiles or offers help of any kind. You line up at the window you're directed to to show a letter so they can give you a form to fill out, which you have to do somewhere else and line up again. So you may have an appointment for something that should only take 5 minutes but you end up spending 30 minutes here.

I'm putting this here and letting Homeland security know you are not above the law. The next time i see one of your officer's wrongfully harass or mess with someone for no reason like I've seen in downtown Seattle there will be a media spectical over it. Get your officers in line and teach them how to deal with people!

Really really bad serveice. No one was helpful, I emailed and no one ever responded. My lawyer also tried to talk to them over a course of six months by email, phone and even letters and never heard back from them, if she hadn't been so persistent to the point to where she had to almost call everyday and annoy them we would've never found out that they also lost or "never received" my paperwork and didn't say anything for almost 7 months. So I spent seven months expecting to go to my biometrics and really they hadn't even started on my case because they're so incompetent that they lost it. Worst experience ever and if you have to go here I'm so sorry for you.

Horrible. They lost my paperwork three different times and it took them six months just to get me a receipt that they even got my paperwork. My lawyer had to fight them constantly to get information about my case. Honestly horrible horrible place and terrible unhelpful people.
